Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Elite Sports Skills Camps and Courses

Goods relating to purchases through Credit / Debit Card or Cheque/Cash.

You are entitled by law to a 'cooling off' period of 7 days. If within 7 days of receiving your purchase you change your mind, you may cancel your order by emailing us at ess.team@hotmail.com .

A refund will be issued via cheque.

In the event of an attendee canceling a camp or course an administrative fee of £5 will be retained, and the balance refunded. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to the camp or course booked the full course fee is due and no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance of a camp or course.

Applicants for Camps/Courses will only be deemed accepted onto a Camp/Course once payment funds are cleared.

Elite Sports Skills reserve the right to amend published Camp/Course dates and/or venues. Elite Sports Skills also reserve the right to cancel Camp/Course dates with 8 days notice.

Applicants in this instance will be transferred to another Camp/Course date/venue or given a full refund of all fees paid (all refunds do not exceed the cost of the Camp/Course).

All Camp/Course fees must be paid at least 8 days prior to camp/course.

By booking on a Camp/Course persons are accepting the above conditions.
