ESS - Where quality matters...

The ESS Active Plus scheme offers fitness and health classes for the more mature adults (Over 50’s).

Several of our Active Plus activities are endorsed by the NHS Falls Prevention Service in both Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Because of this you can ensure a quality and beneficial class no matter what level you are at.

Public class times/locations are as follows:

Prior to Attending a class please fill out the below form to secure your place
